What does the $50 registration fee include?

Your $50 secures one vendor spot at FoodAMarket on September 20th. You'll receive confirmation by email and vendor setup instructions before the event. The fee does not include tables, chairs, or tent — vendors bring their own.

What time should I arrive to set up?

Exact vendor arrival and setup times will be communicated by email after your registration is confirmed. Plan to arrive at least 45–60 minutes before the market opens at 1:00 PM.

Do I need to provide my own table and chairs?

Yes. All vendors are responsible for their own table, chairs, tent canopy (if desired), and any display or signage materials. FoodAMed provides the space and foot traffic — you bring the setup.

What kinds of vendors will be at FoodAMarket?

FoodAMarket is curated for health, wellness, and conscious living brands — spas, gyms, yoga studios, nutritionists, herbalists, organic food vendors, natural skincare, massage therapists, chiropractors, supplement brands, and more. All vendors are reviewed for alignment with the market's wellness mission.

Can I sell food or beverages at my booth?

Food vendors are welcome to apply! Please note that all food items must comply with Texas Cottage Food Law or applicable health permits. Contact us at hello@foodamed.com if you have questions about food vendor requirements.

Is there a refund if I can no longer attend?

Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 7 days before the event at (956) 731-4484 or hello@foodamed.com and we will do our best to accommodate you for a future event.
